We reserve the right to require advance payment or a deposit for certain appointments, provided the applicable requirements and terms are disclosed before booking.

  • An applicable late cancellation fee when the appointment cannot be completed due to the client's late arrival, consistent with the disclosed booking policy.

We cannot guarantee that the full service can be accommodated when a client arrives late.
